I make this smoothie a lot on my Instagram stories and I always get asked what the recipe is.. it’s SUPER easy and so good! Plus it’s packed with 44g+ of plant protein. 💪🏽

I know this seems like a really obvious one, but..
Drink lots of water!! When I’m traveling for work I always bring a gallon of water with me (my pilots are used to it by now, haha) and if I’m traveling on a personal trip, I still prepare and make sure water/hydration is a top priority. 💦
Water is always important but flying can be especially dehydrating, so be good to your body and drink up! ✈️
