-What is the difference between juicing and blending? Is one better than the other?
They both serve different purposes! Juicing does not include the fiber, while blending does. Without the fiber, your cells are able to absorb all of the nutrients from the green juice immediately with little to no digestion required. On the contrary, blending smoothies or soups does require digestion with the fiber, but also may keep one fuller longer if that’s what you’re looking for. I always recommend having a green juice as the first thing you put into your body, followed by a green smoothie (if you choose) afterwards once you feel the need for something more, at least 30-60 minutes after your take in your juice so it can exit the stomach before introducing any other food.
