I hope you enjoy this simple vegan chia seed pudding recipe ♥ It’s been a staple of mine for a while now! If you want a thicker consistency you can always add shredded unsweetened coconut. Let me know if you try it and what your favorite toppings are!
RECIPE: *1 ripe banana *3 tbs chia seeds *3/4 cup nut milk of choice *1 tsp maca powder (optional) *dash of cinnamon *splash of vanilla extract *dash of sea salt *1 tbs cacao powder (if you want a chocolate variation!) Mash up ripe banana in mason jar with fork. Add chia seeds, maca, cinnamon, vanilla, sea salt, and cacao and give it a good stir. Add nut milk of choice and stir again well. Place lid on jar and store in fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. Top with nuts/seeds/dried fruit of choice! I topped with sliced banana, almond butter, goji berries, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds 😀
