I hope you enjoy this simple vegan chia seed pudding recipe ♥ It’s been a staple of mine for a while now! If you want a thicker consistency you can always add shredded unsweetened coconut. Let me know if you try it and what your favorite toppings are!

Mash up ripe banana in mason jar with fork. Add chia seeds, maca, cinnamon, vanilla, sea salt, and cacao and give it a good stir. Add nut milk of choice and stir again well. Place lid on jar and store in fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. Top with nuts/seeds/dried fruit of choice!
