**New YouTube Video Is Up!** How I stay healthy & fit while traveling- Maui edition!
I flew straight from Germany to Maui and I’m showing you which healthy snacks I brought with me to stock my hotel room up with + what my exercise looks like after a big travel day. I know this seems like a really obvious one, but..
Drink lots of water!! When I’m traveling for work I always bring a gallon of water with me (my pilots are used to it by now, haha) and if I’m traveling on a personal trip, I still prepare and make sure water/hydration is a top priority. 💦
Water is always important but flying can be especially dehydrating, so be good to your body and drink up! ✈️
