I never thought I would say this but for the most part, it’s true! I quit coffee. In this video I explain how I’m feeling, what I’m drinking instead, and if I plan on going back to coffee in the future. It really has helped my skin and hormone balance!

I know this seems like a really obvious one, but..
Drink lots of water!! When I’m traveling for work I always bring a gallon of water with me (my pilots are used to it by now, haha) and if I’m traveling on a personal trip, I still prepare and make sure water/hydration is a top priority. 💦
Water is always important but flying can be especially dehydrating, so be good to your body and drink up! ✈️
