Cinnamon Vanilla Cookie Dough

Another hotelmade dessert here! And this one is delicious. 377686_10151437575967270_534764528_n

One of my new favorites, in fact. Perfect following a raw meal, preferably starting with a large raw veggie salad.

Cinnamon Vanilla Cookie Dough (makes 1 individual serving)

-4 tablespoons almond  or sunflower seed butter**

-6 tablespoons raisins

-2 tablespoons almonds

-generous dash cinnamon (I like a lot)

-splash vanilla extract

-dash of sea salt

-optional: liquid stevia, to taste

Blend all ingredients in a magic/nutri bullet and adjust sweetness to taste. You can omit the cinnamon and add a tablespoon or two of cacao or carob powder and/or some chocolate chips for a chocolate chip cookie dough variation!

**You can use any nut/seed butter really, these are just my favorites. Sunflower seed butter resembles a peanut buttery taste, but is much better for you!
