Veggie Avocado Sushi On The Go

What do you do when you’re on the go and feel like sushi, but you’re sick of eating out or just don’t want to consume all those extra (most likely MSG filled) sauces?photo copy 4

Make you’re own!

It’s really easy to do and totally hits the spot. In fact, it’s been one of my most popular hotelmade dinners for quite some time now- and I don’t see it getting old anytime soon!

All you really need is the following:

-Nori Sheets

-Veggies of choice: cucumber, red bell pepper, sprouts, etc.

-Sliced Avocado

-Salsa

-Dijon

-Touch of Sea Salt

And voila! There you have all you’ll need for a perfectly satisfying dinner. Just arrange all of your toppings on the lower portion of the nori sheet, roll up keeping veggies in tact as much as possible, seal off with a little water and cut into pieces. Or you can just eat as a hand roll/burrito style like I usually do! Feel free to make it your own and add/swap out whichever veggies you like.

And this doesn’t have to be a dinner on the go- I often make at home as well!
