This is a variation of my original chocolate pudding recipe, featuring blueberries and my current favorite flavor, maca! I swear maca makes everything taste better.
Blueberry Maca Chocolate Pudding (adapted from Detoxinista)
-1 avocado, pit removed
-1/2 cup frozen blueberries
-1-2 Tablespoons cacao or carob powder
-1 Tablespoon maca powder
-splash vanilla extract or vanilla bean powder
-pinch of sea salt
-liquid stevia or pure maple syrup to taste (I usually use one dropperful each of the vanilla and plain flavors)
-splash almond milk or water to facilitate blending
*optional: you can omit maca if you prefer, but it makes it extra delicious 😛
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or nutri bullet, scraping down sides until smooth. Adjust flavor to taste and enjoy!
