Easy Chocolate Pudding

Meet one of my go to desserts when I’m on the road.photo copy 5

Avocado based chocolate pudding! Don’t worry, you can’t taste the avocado.

It’s easy to make on the go, digests easily, and is perfect to enjoy after a raw, neutral, or avocado/starch based meal. For the caffeine sensitive, feel free to substitute carob instead of cacao powder.

Chocolate Pudding (makes 1 individual serving)

-1 medium avocado, pit removed

-1-2 Tablespoons cacao or carob powder

-splash of vanilla extract

-2 dropperfuls of regular, vanilla, or chocolate liquid stevia (NuNaturals is my favorite)

-pinch of sea salt

-almond milk or water to facilitate blending

-optional: 1/2 cup frozen berries for a chocolate-berry variation

Throw ingredients in a nutri/magic bullet or mini food processor and whip up in just a couple minutes! Blend, adjust stevia and vanilla to taste, enjoy :0)

Would love to know your opinion about my latest purchase: a pair of Prada sunglasses. Do you fancy them?
