I’m so sorry I left you for the past couple weeks. I’m back now to share a simple, delicious, and refreshing juice recipe with you!
This one ALWAYS hits the spot for me.
Pineapple Cucumber Mint (makes about 32 ounces)
-1-2 large handfuls mint
Cut and discard top of pineapple, wash well. If using organic (which hopefully you are!) you can juice the pineapple with the rind on, as this will help dilute the sugars in the juice. Just cut up into pieces that will fit through the juicer and you’re good to go! Juice cucumber and mint to follow, and enjoy :p
