Green Lemonade

As promised, here is my all time favorite basic green juice recipe. I make it every day when I’m home and after five years, I still look forward to it every morning 😀

Green Lemonade (makes about 32 ounces)

-1 head romaine lettuce

-4-5 stalks kale

-1 cucumber

-4-5 stalks celery

-1-2 lemons (I like mine really lemony)

-1 inch peeled ginger

-1-2 apples or liquid stevia to sweeten (Nu Naturals is my favorite brand)

Run all the ingredients through a juicer then adjust citrus/sweetness to taste. Drink on an empty stomach and allow about 20 minutes for juice to digest before eating anything else. Enjoy!
