Guilt free chocolate cake batter ice cream?

For some reason this reminded me of chocolate cake batter. But don’t take my word for it. Try. This. Now.
Cake Batter Ice Cream (serves 1-2)
-2 frozen bananas
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-2-3 tablespoons carob or cacao powder
-2 tablespoons raw tahini
-water or almond milk to facilitate blending
-liquid stevia or maple syrup to taste
-optional: dash of sea salt
Place frozen bananas, vanilla extract, and water/almond milk as needed in food processor and process until smooth. Add carob/cacao powder, tahini, liquid stevia or maple syrup, and optional dash of salt and process again until smooth. If you’re making for yourself and you’re feeling impacient, enjoy right out of the food processor bowl like I did 😛
