For the past couple months I’ve been enjoying a new go-to daily green juice that supports strong bones & healthy joints. You can thank the dandelion greens for that! As an iridology student (study of the iris), I noticed some bone density loss in my iridology report, so I decided to start some weight training again paired with nature’s medicine to help support building bone density naturally. This juice is also great for alleviating joint pain and inflammation, is high in protein, iron, calcium, antioxidants, and is a natural detoxer. Drink up!
Very Green Dandelion Juice (makes about 32 ounces)
-1 bunch Italian kale
-1 head romaine
-1/4 small bunch dandelion greens
-1-2 green apples
-1 cucumber
-3 stalks celery
-1 lb carrots
Run all ingredients through juicer, stir well, and enjoy. Go easy on the dandelion at first.. it can be pretty strong/spicy/bitter if too much is used- a little goes a long way! Try using 1/4 of a small/medium sized bunch like this to start:Happy Juicing!
